• Package Validity: The “Common Man Scenic Sugar Loop” package is valid for new reservations for stays between March 1, 2026, and March 31, 2026.
• Maple Weekend Disclaimer: The “NH Maple Weekend” official events (including live boiling demonstrations, tours, s’mores, and specific festivities at Just Maple and other sugar houses) are scheduled only for the weekend of March 21–22, 2026. Guests booking outside of these specific dates will experience the self-guided scenic drive and retail shop access, but active boiling and event-specific activities cannot be guaranteed.
• Dining Credit: The $50 Dining Credit is valid at Foster’s Boiler Room during your stay. Credit cannot be used toward tax, gratuity, or alcohol. Any unused portion of the credit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Retail & Vouchers: The “Just Maple” treat voucher is redeemable at the Just Maple Tilton location during their standard business hours (Tue-Sat 9am-5pm, Sun-Mon 11am-5pm). The $10 Barn Store credit is valid for merchandise only and cannot be redeemed for cash, and valid during the dates of stay.
